"Uncle Billy" as William Henry was descibed by a neice
was tall and slender and was always wearing a dark
suit with a white shirt and tie (when she saw him).
He would go to visit Grandma Rachel and they would
sit for hours without saying anything.

My mother has no memory of Sarah Jane (her grandmother).
They lived in Woody and my mother's parents lived in Wisetown,
outside of Greenville,  but my mother remembers her grandpa,
coming to stay with them around 1924 during harvest.  He
helped her (my mother) take food and drinks to the harvest crew.
She said that he could walk long distances and would
walk to visit his other children who lived in the area.
My mother is Florence Louise Zink, daughter of Clara Maude Adcock Zink
